When will my item arrive?
Prints are made to order and are usually dispatched within up to 7 days. Delivery within the UK typically takes a further 2–3 working days.
Original oil paintings may take a little longer, as I allow up to 3 days for final finishing touches before dispatch.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey
Where am I based?
I am based in Lincoln, UK. I work with a specialist fine art printer in Lincolnshire to produce all of my canvas prints to the highest standard.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
What materials are my prints made with?
My prints are produced using Canon’s 12-colour LUCIA PRO pigment inks, renowned for their exceptional lightfastness and rich, archival colour. They are printed on Innova Exhibition Matte Canvas (380gsm), a museum-grade material with a beautifully soft, natural texture.
This combination of pigment inks and archival canvas ensures each print is vibrant, long-lasting, and crafted to be enjoyed for many years.
Where do I ship to?
At the moment, I only ship within the UK mainland. If this changes, please keep an eye on my social media pages or sign up for my mailing list for updates.
Is there a way I can see what your art would look like on my wall?
Yes! If you’d like, you can send me a photo of your wall or room, and I’ll create a mock-up so you can see how the artwork would look in your space.
Do I offer commissions?
Yes, I offer commissions. If you have a particular landscape, mood, or idea in mind, I’d be delighted to create a piece especially for you.
As each commission is made specifically for your space, we’ll stay in close communication throughout the process to ensure the final piece feels just right.
Please note that, due to the bespoke nature of commissioned work, my usual returns policy may not apply.
Can I help with framing?
Yes, I’m always happy to help with framing. All of my original paintings come framed in a style that complements the artwork. If the supplied frame isn’t quite right for your space, I’d be very happy to discuss alternatives with you so we can find something that feels just right.
Prints are supplied unframed and arrive rolled, ready for you to choose a frame that suits your home. This gives you the freedom to create a look that feels personal to your space. If you’d like guidance, I can recommend frame colours and finishes that work beautifully with each piece.
How long will my prints last?
Prints made using Canon’s 12-colour LUCIA PRO pigment inks are known for their exceptional longevity. When printed on Innova Exhibition Matte Canvas (380gsm), these museum-quality prints can last for decades without noticeable fading.
With proper care—kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures—you can expect your print can remain vibrant for 80 years or more. A lasting piece designed to be enjoyed for generations.
What materials are my originals made with?
I use high-quality, archival materials chosen for their longevity and natural beauty. My original paintings are created with water-based oil paints on a variety of carefully prepared surfaces. Pieces painted on wooden panels are primed three times and gently sanded, giving each work a soft, luminous finish and a strong, durable foundation.
Some works are created on 100% cotton fine-art paper, which is carefully sealed and primed specifically for oil painting. Each finished piece is protected with either a satin or gloss varnish, selected to complement the artwork’s mood and enhance its depth.Every material is thoughtfully chosen to ensure your artwork remains vibrant and cherished for many years.
